Movex Nigeria provides a digital logistics and ride coordination platform connecting customers, senders, approved drivers, and service providers. Movex may facilitate booking, pricing, routing, wallet/payment collection, communication, evidence uploads, tracking, and complaint handling.
Drivers are expected to maintain valid identification, compliance documents, vehicle records, and approval status as required by Movex. Driver access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked where compliance, safety, payment, complaint, or platform abuse issues arise.
Movex may calculate pricing based on pickup state, route distance, service category, weight category, scheduled service status, platform fees, taxes or administrative charges, and any configured pricing rule. Payment must be completed through the approved wallet or processor channel before dispatch visibility or assignment where required. Cancellations, missed pickup, no-show, refund, and wallet credit treatment are handled under the configured Movex policy shown in the platform.
Map distance, ETA, and GPS tracking are estimates and may vary due to road conditions, signal quality, device permissions, traffic, weather, construction, and Google Maps availability. The user may adjust map pins before submission where available.
Users and drivers may upload photos, waybills, messages, and complaint evidence. By uploading evidence, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is relevant to the transaction or complaint.
Movex may investigate disputes, cooperate with authorities, suspend accounts, restrict payment or payout, and request additional evidence where fraud, loss, damage, accident, misconduct, or safety concerns are reported. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable Nigerian law.
Movex may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Movex may collect account details, contact information, addresses, state, GPS location, trip/order details, payment references, wallet records, uploaded package photos, waybills, driver documents, vehicle information, messages, ratings, complaints, and device/browser activity needed to operate the platform.
Location access is used for route previews, driver radius matching, live tracking, pickup/drop-off accuracy, and ETA display. Browser or phone GPS permission may be requested before location features work.
Movex may share necessary service information between the customer, assigned driver, payment provider, map provider, support/admin team, and lawful authorities where required. Movex does not sell user conversations or platform records to advertisers.
Movex uses reasonable technical and administrative controls to protect user records, payment references, evidence uploads, documents, and account access. No internet platform can guarantee absolute security, because reality remains annoyingly imperfect.
You may update your profile information, control browser GPS permission, request support regarding account records, and use platform complaint channels for evidence and disputes.
